Your use of Wagger constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the app. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the app following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Keep your login secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
You may create an account using your email or by signing in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
Your use of Wagger is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully to understand our privacy practices. By using the app, you consent to the data collection and processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We sell auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time “lifetime” unlock via Apple In-App Purchase. Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage / Cancel. You can manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Trials. If offered, trials convert to a paid plan unless canceled before trial ends. Unused trial time is forfeited after purchase. Pricing. Prices shown in-app. Taxes/VAT may apply. Refunds. Handled by Apple per App Store policies. We cannot issue or guarantee refunds. Restore Purchases. Use the Restore Purchases button to re-activate past purchases on a new device/after reinstall. Lifetime Purchase. Grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to current “premium” features available at purchase. We may add, change, or retire features; server-side services may require ongoing availability of third-party infrastructure.
4) License We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the service. 5) User Content You retain rights to content you add (e.g., notes, photos, measurements). You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service (store, process, transmit, back up). Do not upload unlawful or infringing content. 6) Acceptable Use No scraping, automated abuse, security testing without permission, or attempts to disrupt the service. 7) Ownership We own the app, code, and branding. All rights reserved. 8) Third-Party Services The app uses Apple In-App Purchase and Google Firebase (hosting, database, analytics, crash reporting, messaging). Those services have their own terms. 9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability The app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct. 10) Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account/data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11) Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes. 12) Governing Law The laws of your country or region of residence shall apply to these Terms to the maximum extent permitted by law. This ensures that consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction are respected. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws applicable in your location, unless you are subject to mandatory jurisdiction of a specific court, in which case those courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
